The pain is there!
Yeah someone at my place has got back injury, its kind of serious as cannot bend down will get the pain. Awful pain as the person on the evening throw the rubbish and bend down then there is sound of crack! Yeah just one sound, yesterday applied the pad on the person back and I think it is not waist area more like the spinal area as it’s below the waist.
Anyone knows how serious can that be if the person do not see doctor or go hospital for X–RAY!
